After a long waiting time, Apple has finally unveiled its digital content streaming service with the name Apple TV+. Apple was working on this project for a long time and developed original content, acquired digital streaming rights and many other things. Now, the company announced this service in response to the popularity of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu and many others. This announcement marks the entry of Apple into the entertainment industry, as the company is not just the Digital Content licensee, but also the creator of original entertainment content.

Apple TV+ streaming service is unique in itself as the company has invested nearly $1 billion to produce the Entertainment content for the streaming service. Just like Amazon Prime Originals and Netflix Originals, Apple TV+ originals are getting ready for launch. The company is creating the content by collaborating with Steven Spielberg and J.J. Abrams, as well as actors including Reese Witherspoon and Octavia Spencer. Apple will partner with more directors and actors to produce original series and movies that the subscribers can stream. The company has launched a new Apple TV application for smartphones and also for the Televisions. With this app, the users can stream the content on their devices.

Apple TV+ is an ad-free subscription-based TV and movie streaming service that is being released in more than 100 countries by this Fall season. With the Apple TV app, the users can stream the original and licensed content on the supported devices. Also, the TV+ service works as the aggregator, in which the users will have a choice to opt for the TV channel streaming with proper subscription fees. They will have the option to pick the plans and remove the channels or content that they don’t want to watch. Apple TV+ service will launch by the end of Fall season, but Apple today launched News+ service, which is a news aggregator with access to all of the popular news services for $10 per month.
