Arcus Medica helps in delivering communications consulting with specific expertise in hematology oncology. As well as in ultrarare diseases. The Arcus Medica focuses on the pharmaceutical industry and others. To enabling flawlessly, translate clinical data and scientific data into meaningful content.

This acquisition will aid the W2O group to establish its space in the medical and scientific communications sector. This can be achieved by creating a fully integrated communications firm. Which uses proprietary data this will help fuel scientific strategy and other decisions. This will give various healthcare industry high complex and fragmented nature. As well as help to establish its brands. Both the companies are focusing on discovering and development of uncovering deep scientific acuities. In order to build best strategy as well as deliver high quality communications for healthcare industry. The team will include about forty employees. Out of which sixteen are doctoral-level experts. The team closely works with other teams across the company. This includes data analysts, creatives and media specialists, brand strategists, and others. This is to differentiated communications technology as well as meet assorted client objectives.

By this acquisition, the W2O Group will expand its capability and geographical reach. The company also will enhance its technological offering as well as expand its client’s serving. Together both the company will continue to build a robust strategy. W2O and Arcus Medical companies are privately held. The financial terms and value of the acquisition are not being disclosed yet. W2O has fifteen offices in the USA and Europe. In May 2019, W2O sold small segment of the company to New York investment firm. This helps the company to raise funds for the development of scientific and medical communications technologies.
