Yahoo is now part of the Verizon Media Group which had purchased the company for around USD 5 billion in 2017.

Yahoo has linked the message to a frequently asked questions page which has all the details about the timeline of the shutdown of Yahoo Answers. According to the information shared on the page, the platform will stop accepting new submissions from April 20. The company informed users that they time till June 30 to request their data available on the platform or it will become inaccessible post that date. “You can request content like all your questions, answers, or even images. But users cannot download content provided by other users on the platform,” the company clarified.
