Under the new campaign, which has been named ‘We Can Do This’, McDonald’s will promote information related to vaccination on its coffee cups. According to people privy to the development, the campaign will go on for several weeks. For this, McDonald’s will get the slogan printed the slogan on roughly 50 million cups. The burger giant has also said that even before it starts using the slogan on cups, the company’s billboard New York’s Times Square location will start displaying the information. McDonald’s USA vice president for global public policy and government relations Genna Gent said that the company is excited to be part of the campaign. “We all want to see ourselves and our loved ones safe and healthy and want to be with our community again. This can be done by simply sharing some information. We are happy that McDonald’s will do its part through this campaign,” Gent said in a statement. Health and Human Services secretary Xavier Becerra said that this public-private partnership will help people get the trusted information every time they will order a meal or grab a cup of coffee. “The campaign will help more and more citizens of the United States to make informed decisions about their health. Through this campaign, they can learn about easy steps they need to take to protect themselves and even their loved ones.”
