Mental health issues have always been a serious problem among people living in the USA because many people go through severe depression or anxiety. However, now the situation is different because lots of them are getting the right type of treatment and sharing their experience through social media sites like Twitter. Accordingly, it’s been observed that Twitter users started to share their before and after mental health glow up photos. This new trend was started by the online personality Quenlin Blackwell who shared her experience of battling depression, anxiety and related problems.

On 7th of the May, she posted her improvement photos in which she said that she is feeling good right now after getting fair treatment and many of her fans positively reacted to it. However, when she uploaded her photos of before-after transformation many people now are sharing their own experience which has become the starting point of this new trend. Social media is becoming the platform through which many people are able to express their problems and emotions. The same thing happened here also because of a popular celebrities initiative to talk about mental health problems many people living in the country are now trying to share their own experience.

One of the twitter user shared her painful experience by saying “I went from crying every day to the living my dream life”. There are many Twitter users who have shared their painful experience after looking at them one can feel sorry for their struggles. A few days ago in an Instagram post pop singer Justin Bieber also shared his experience of battling depression and anxiety. Some even said that they don’t feel ashamed of admitting that they went through such type of mental health conditions and people should be encouraged to talk about these things.
